EVgo Partners With Delta Electronics to Develop Next-Gen EV Charging Architecture

08:06 AM EDT, 10/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EVgo ( EVGO ) said Thursday it has entered into a new memorandum of understanding with Delta Electronics to jointly develop next-generation electric vehicle charging architecture.

Under the agreement, EVgo ( EVGO ) and Delta will expand their collaboration to develop chargers with advanced software, all-in-one power electronics, contactless payment, 400kW dispensers, and extended cables for better accessibility.

EVgo ( EVGO ) said it expects to deploy the new chargers in the second half of 2026.

EVgo ( EVGO ) shares were up more than 4% in recent premarket activity.
