01:55 PM EST, 02/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EVI Industries ( EVI ) said Monday it completed the acquisition of Huntley, Illinois-based Haiges Machinery to expand in the commercial laundry distribution and service industry in the Midwest.

The cash price wasn't disclosed, and the Haiges results of operations are expected to be accretive to the fiscal year ending June 30, EVI said in the Jan. 21 statement announcing the acquisition.
