EVI Industries Completes Girbau North America Acquisition; Upsizes, Extends Credit Facility
Apr 2, 2025 3:13 PM

05:31 PM EDT, 04/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EVI Industries ( EVI ) said Wednesday it has completed the purchase of laundry equipment distributor Girbau North America.

The company plans to continue selling Girbau products through GNA's distributor network and might broaden its product range by adding new brands and complementary products.

GNA will operate independently, with its current management team retaining decision-making authority.

EVI also updated its credit agreement, extending the loan term from May 2027 to March 2030, according to the company.

The updated agreement increases available funds by $50 million to $150 million with an additional option to borrow up to $50 million more, EVI added.
