EVI Industries Completes Laundry Pro Acquisition

12:42 PM EDT, 07/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EVI Industries ( EVI ) said Tuesday it completed the acquisition of Laundry Pro of Florida.

The company said Laundry Pro is its 27th acquisition in the commercial laundry distribution and service industry.

Terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.

Price: 17.99, Change: +0.25, Percent Change: +1.41
