11:01 AM EST, 01/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EVI Industries ( EVI ) said Tuesday it signed a binding agreement to acquire Haiges Machinery, an Illinois-based distributor of commercial laundry products and provider of related services.

The company expects the acquisition, subject to customary closing conditions, to be paid in cash and accretive to its fiscal year 2025.
