12:33 PM EDT, 06/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EVI Industries ( EVI ) said Monday it entered an agreement to acquire commercial laundry equipment and services provider Laundry Pro of Florida.

The company expects to close the acquisition following the satisfaction of customary closing conditions and pay for the business using cash.

EVI Industries ( EVI ) did not disclose the financial terms of the deal. This will be the twenty-seventh commercial laundry business EVI will be purchasing.

It said that Laundry Pro will operate under its existing name and with its current team to provide continuity to customers, employees, and vendor partners.

Laundry Pro generated $12 million in revenue during the year ended May 31, EVI Industries ( EVI ) said.
