05:07 PM EDT, 05/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Evolus ( EOLS ) said Tuesday that its chief financial officer, Sandra Beaver, has resigned, effective June 13.

Beaver is leaving the company to accept a position at a private mental health and wellness technology company, Evolus ( EOLS ) added.

The company said it has started the search for Beaver's successor.

Shares of the company fell 5.7% in recent after-hours activity.
