04:31 AM EDT, 09/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Evotec (EVO) said Tuesday that Chief Business Officer Matthias Evers has decided to step down, effective Oct. 1, to pursue opportunities outside of the company.

Evers has held the role of chief business officer since May 2022, and his responsibilities will now be distributed across other management board functions, the company said.
