03:41 AM EST, 11/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Evotec (EVO) said Friday that Craig Johnstone will step down as chief operating officer and leave the company, effective Dec. 31.

The company said it will distribute the responsibilities of the COO role internally across its global operations leadership team until a new organizational structure is decided in line with its ongoing strategic review.

Johnstone joined Evotec in May 2012 and has been COO since January 2019.
