08:12 AM EDT, 04/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Exact Sciences ( EXAS ) said Monday that it has appointed Aaron Bloomer as its chief financial officer, effective May 15.

Bloomer has previously held senior positions at Baxter International and 3M, Exact Sciences ( EXAS ) said. He will succeed Jeff Elliott, who the company has previously said will serve as special advisor to the chief executive officer.

Exact Sciences ( EXAS ) said Bloomer joins the company as executive vice president for finance, effective immediately, during a 30-day transition period.
