Exact Sciences Q2 Adjusted Net Income, Revenue Increase; Shares Drop After Hours

04:35 PM EDT, 08/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Exact Sciences ( EXAS ) reported Q2 adjusted net income late Wednesday of $0.22 per diluted share, up from $0.14 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.01.

Revenue in the three months ended June 30 rose to $811.1 million from $699.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $773.8 million.

The company raised 2025 revenue guidance to the range of $3.13 billion to $3.17 billion from $3.07 billion to $3.12 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet project $3.1 billion.

The company's shares fell 14% in after-hours trading.
