08:56 AM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Exact Sciences ( EXAS ) said Tuesday it can proceed with its lawsuit against Geneoscopy for patent infringement after a court rejected in part Geneoscopy's motion to dismiss.

Exact Sciences ( EXAS ) filed a new complaint on May 15 alleging another patent infringement against Geneoscopy, the company added.

Geneoscopy did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
