Exagen Prices $17.6 Million Public Offering; Shares Down

11:38 AM EDT, 05/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Exagen ( XGN ) said Thursday that it priced its previously announced underwritten public offering of 3.35 million common shares at $5.25 apiece for expected gross proceeds of about $17.6 million.

The company said it granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 502,500 additional shares at the same offering price.

Exagen ( XGN ) expects to close the offering on Friday.

Shares of Exagen ( XGN ) were down 8.4% in recent Thursday trading.

Price: 6.26, Change: -0.57, Percent Change: -8.35
