02:51 PM EDT, 09/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Excellon Resources ( EXNRF ) on Thursday said it settled with an arm's length creditor of the company near C$546,000 of indebtedness by issuing more than 2.4-million common shares at $0.225 apiece.

The securities issued pursuant to the debt settlement are subject to a four-month hold period under applicable Canadian securities laws which will expire on Jan. 18, 2026.

Shares of the company were last seen unchanged at $0.29 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
