11:13 AM EDT, 04/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ExlService Holdings ( EXLS ) said Wednesday that Chief Executive Rohit Kapoor also assumed the board chair role, succeeding Vikram Pandit, who became lead independent director.

The company also named Vikas Bhalla and Vivek Jetley as presidents, in addition to their existing roles as head of insurance and head of analytics, respectively.

ExlService ( EXLS ) said the changes became effective Monday.
