The company said it has enhanced its EXLerate.ai platform with new models and autonomous agent building capabilities, and its EXLdata.ai platform with language-agnostic support capabilities.

ExlService ( EXLS ) also unveiled EXLdecision.ai, a new decision intelligence system designed to accelerate the development of analytical models by 30% to 50%, according to a statement.

In addition, the company said it launched domain-specific workflow systems like the EXL ClaimsAssist.ai to streamline insurance claims management.
