09:05 AM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- ExlService ( EXLS ) said Wednesday it launched a digital transformation initiative with Schneider National ( SNDR ) to improve logistics efficiency by using advanced data and artificial intelligence automation.

The collaboration has improved appointment scheduling time by more than 50% and lowered cost per appointment by 24%, the company said.

ExlService ( EXLS ) said the initiative uses cloud-native and scalable technology to streamline trucking logistics and reduce manual inefficiencies.
