05:22 PM EST, 11/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Expand Energy ( EXE ) said late Thursday it priced a $750 million offering of 5.7% senior notes due 2035 at 99.609% of their face value.

The company expects the offering to close Dec. 2 and plans to use the net proceeds to help fund its tender offer for its 5.5% senior notes due 2026 and redeem its 8.375% senior notes due 2028, among other things.
