IRCON International is on the radar after the completion of the 30 km long Korichhapar - Dharamjaigarh section in Chhattisgarh. Sunil Kumar Chaudhary, Chairman and Managing Director of the company said, "This project which we have completed in Chhattisgarh is a public-private partnership project. The total length of the railway line is 74 km, this is for coal evacuation. 40 km we completed in 2019 and this 30 km has been completed recently."
He said the cost of the project is around Rs 3,000 crore, out of which 80 percent is a loan which we have taken and it has to be repaid in 30 years.
On revenue, Chaudhary said, "Expect revenue to remain flat in FY21 and in FY22 we have a target of 25 percent growth because this year alone we were targeting around Rs 6,000 crore revenue but due to COVID we could not do it but next year definitely around Rs 6,250 crore is our internal target which we will definitely achieve."
"As far as margins are concerned, we will be in double digits only, we will be somewhere closing around 9.9-10.2 percent in between that,” he added.
