The company expects disbursement growth of 25-30 percent for FY19, said Sanjay Chamria, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Magma Fincorp.
Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Chamria said that loan growth has been robust in Q1 of FY19 and disbursements has grown by 25 percent on year-on-year (YoY) basis.
Chamria said that government spending on civil infrastructure leads to demand offtake in many other sectors.
Non-banking financial companies (NBFCs) had a stellar run in the past few years and the sector has witnessed robust credit growth in the past years as banks have abdicated their space.
