01:43 PM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Expion360 ( XPON ) said Thursday that it has struck deals to sell its securities to institutional investors to raise about $2.6 million for general corporate purposes and working capital.

The transactions consisted of the sale of about 1.05 million shares, or pre-funded warrants, each of which will be sold together with one warrant to buy one share per warrant at an exercise price of $2.36, the company said.

The offering price per share is $2.48, the firm said. It expects to close the transactions Friday.
