05:05 PM EDT, 05/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Expro Group ( XPRO ) said late Wednesday it completed the acquisition of Aberdeen, Scotland-based Coretrax on May 1 for $75 million in cash and 6.75 million in newly issued shares.

The company said the acquisition from an investment group led by Buckthorn Partners will expand its services, including well construction and intervention.
