Exro Technologies Surges on CEO Resignation, Board Names Chief Restructuring Officer

10:04 AM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Exro Technologies ( EXROF ) shares jumped 33% after chief executive Sue Ozdemir resigned.

The company said it is seeking an interim chief executive, while Ozdemir will remain on the board as a director.

Exro's ( EXROF ) board also appointed strategic advisor Chris Rankin as chief restructuring officer, reporting directly to the board.

Shares of the company were last seen up $0.005 at $0.02 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
