Exscientia Files $300 Million Mixed Shelf

11:48 AM EDT, 03/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Exscientia ( EXAI ) on Thursday filed a registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the potential sale of up to $300 million of its securities from time to time in one or more offerings.

The filing covers ordinary shares, American depository shares representing ordinary shares, debt securities and warrants.

The company said net proceeds from the sale will be used for the development of its proprietary platform, clinical development of product candidates, research and discovery of ongoing and future projects, working capital and general corporate purposes.

Exscientia ( EXAI ) shares were down more than 10% in recent trading.
