05:47 PM EDT, 08/07/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Extra Space Storage ( EXR ) said late Wednesday its operating partnership priced a $400 million public offering of 5.35% senior notes due Jan. 15, 2035, at 99.973% of the principal amount.

The company expects the offering to close Monday and plans to use the net proceeds to repay amounts outstanding under its lines of credit, among other things.
