Analysts polled by Capital IQ forecast an adjusted FFO of $1.83.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $799.5 million, up from $503.1 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ forecast $688.7 million.

The company said it continues to expect 2024 core FFO of $7.85 to $8.15 per share. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect an adjusted FFO of $7.65.
