Woods said in an interview in Brazil's Sao Paulo on Friday that

he feels good about the potential of the company's return to

Iraq.

Woods, who was in Brazil's financial hub for events

connected to the COP30 climate conference, also said

acquisitions were a fundamental part of Exxon's work in the

energy sector's upstream.
