03:25 PM EDT, 07/01/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Exxon Mobil ( XOM ) has completed its redomiciliation to Texas from New Jersey and will start trading as ExxonMobil Holdings on Thursday, the company said in a Wednesday filing.

ExxonMobil Holdings will replace the original entity on the New York Stock Exchange, under the same ticker, the company said.

The transaction automatically exchanged each outstanding common share and equity award for one corresponding share or instrument in the new holding company, it added.
