BUENOS AIRES, Oct 30 (Reuters) - U.S. energy giant Exxon

Mobil ( XOM ) agreed on the terms and conditions to sell its

assets in the Argentinian Vaca Muerta formation to Pluspetrol, a

source at Exxon Mobil ( XOM ) said on Wednesday.
