HOUSTON, Sept 18 (Reuters) - Exxon Mobil ( XOM ) is

seeing benefits to its bottom line with the use of artificial

intelligence, including by drilling wells more quickly, Dan

Ammann, Exxon's president of upstream, said on Thursday.

The U.S. oil producer is also using AI to help remotely

monitor some operations, Ammann said while speaking at the BNEF

Summit in Houston.
