ATHENS, Nov 6 (Reuters) - Oil major ExxonMobil ( XOM ),

Energean ( EERGF ) and Helleniq Energy on Thursday

signed a farm-in agreement for 60% in a block in Western Greece,

Energean's ( EERGF ) Chief Executive Mathios Rigas said.
