04:23 AM EST, 11/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Exzeo Group ( XZO ) said late Tuesday it priced its initial public offering of 8 million common shares at $21 apiece.

Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to 1.2 million additional shares, the insurance technology firm said.

Exzeo ( XZO ) expects its shares to start trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol XZO Wednesday, while the IPO is expected to close Thursday.
