“Since we work with almost 250 operators globally and we are connected with over 850 operators worldwide, we wanted to add more products to our portfolio in terms of Multimedia Messaging Service Center (MMSC), Short Message Service Center (SMSC), SMS Firewall and SMS HUB. With this acquisition we are able to offer complete product portfolio to all the operators based out of global markets,” he said.

He said the company was looking to add more products to its portfolio.

“We are definitely looking out for video and virtual contact center and electronic data interchange (EDI) based companies. So we do have a plan for that and definitely within a year we are going to acquire more companies to add more product offering to our enterprise customer and operators,” Gupta said.
