11:54 AM EDT, 08/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Eyenovia ( EYEN ) said Friday that it closed its public offering of 12.85 million common shares at $0.40 apiece, raising about $5.1 million.

The company said the net proceeds will be used to commercialize its postsurgical inflammation and pain treatment Mydcombi, advance its other product candidates, and for general working capital.

Shares of Eyenovia ( EYEN ) were up more than 5% in recent trading.
