04:38 AM EDT, 03/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- EyePoint ( EYPT ) said Friday it filed a complaint in a Massachusetts court against Ocular Therapeutix ( OCUL ) , alleging that Ocular made false or misleading claims about the company's lead eye-disease candidate, Duravyu.

The company said it is seeking to stop Ocular from making further false statements and to obtain a public retraction, according to a regulatory filing.

Ocular didn't immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

EyePoint ( EYPT ) shares were down 1.1% in premarket activity Monday, while Ocular fell 2.2%.
