EzFill Finalizes Purchase of 73 Trucks, Six Storage Tanks From Shell

11:50 AM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- EzFill Holdings ( EZFL ) said Friday it finalized the purchase of 73 trucks and six atmospheric storage tanks from Shell Retail and Convenience Operations, a unit of Shell Oil Products US.

The company agreed to pay $4.8 million for the trucks and $80,000 for the tanks, with about $380,000 downpayment having been made last month, it said in a US Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Shares of EzFill ( EZFL ) were up 2.5% in recent trading.
