10:50 AM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- EzFill Holdings ( EZFL ) said Thursday it signed a deal to buy 78 trucks from Shell Oil Products US unit Shell Retail and Convenience Operations.

The deal allows EzFill ( EZFL ) to immediately start delivering fuel in the markets of Phoenix, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas, and Houston.

Shell Oil Products US is an affiliate of Shell (SHEL).

EzFill ( EZFL ) shares were up 4.2% in recent trading, while Shell rose 0.5%.
