WASHINGTON, Nov 10 (Reuters) - The Federal Aviation
Administration said late on Monday it had staffing issues at
nearly two dozen air traffic facilities across the United States
despite President Donald Trump's demand that controllers
immediately return to work.
The FAA has imposed ground delay programs due to staffing
issues at airports in Houston and Las Vegas and is slowing
flights in Florida. Airlines have canceled nearly 2,200 flights
and delayed more than 7,200 on Monday, according to FlightAware,
a flight tracking website.
