Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $2.38.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 27 was $804.2 million, up from $685.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $771.1 million.

The company said it expects fiscal Q2 non-GAAP diluted earnings of $2.44 to $2.52. Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expect $2.45.

Fabrinet ( FN ) expects revenue for the quarter of $800 million to $820 million. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $797.7 million.
