Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $3.63.

Revenue for the quarter ended Aug. 31 was $562.2 million, compared with $535.8 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $547 million.

For full-year fiscal 2025, the company said it expects adjusted EPS of $16.80 to $17.40 per diluted share on revenue of $2.29 billion to $2.31 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect adjusted EPS of $17.33 per diluted share on revenue of $2.30 billion.

Shares of FactSet Research Systems ( FDS ) were up 3.2% in recent premarket trading.
