FactSet Research Systems to Buy Investor Relations Management Platform Irwin

05:30 PM EDT, 10/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- FactSet Research Systems ( FDS ) agreed to acquire investor relations and capital management platform Irwin for an undisclosed price.

The deal is expected to close in fiscal Q1 and probably won't have a material impact on fiscal 2025 results, FactSet said Monday in a statement.
