07:59 AM EDT, 09/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FactSet Research Systems' ( FDS ) RMS Partners business has been acquired by BlueMatrix, the latter said Tuesday.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

RMS is a global investment research software platform that helps clients aggregate and analyze financial data to generate models and reports, the company said.

Additionally, FactSet will become the preferred data provider for BlueMatrix under an enhanced commercial agreement, BlueMatrix said.
