11:51 AM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Peak Achievement Athletics said Monday that Fairfax Financial Holdings ( FRFHF ) (FFH.TO, FFH-U.TO) has closed a transaction to acquire all the outstanding equity interests in Peak from Sagard Holdings and other minority shareholders.

The acquisition, which includes Bauer Hockey, Cascade Lacrosse and Maverik Lacrosse, was first announced Sept. 30.

Fairfax and Sagard purchased Peak in 2017.

Fairfax was last seen up $7.52 to $2005.48 on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
