12:24 PM EDT, 05/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Farmers & Merchants Bancorp's (FMAO) F&M Bank said Tuesday that Chair Jack Johnson has retired.

Johnson held the position from July 2013 until he reached the maximum age limit in F&M's bylines on April 30, the bank said.

Andrew Briggs was named chair for the company and the bank on May 3.
