09:49 AM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Farmers National Banc ( FMNB ) said Tuesday that its National Associates unit has completed the acquisition of Crest Retirement Advisors.

The deal closed on Monday and is expected to be accretive to earnings immediately, the company said.

Crest Retirement will continue to operate under its name but is expected to merge with National Associates, Farmers added.
