Fastly Names Kip Compton as Chief Executive Officer

05:29 PM EDT, 06/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fastly (FSLY) said late Monday it named Kip Compton as chief executive officer and board director, starting immediately.

Compton succeeds Todd Nightingale, who decided to step down to pursue a different opportunity, according to the company.

Nightingale will remain with the company as an advisor until June 30, Fastly said.

Compton was most recently the chief product officer at the company, it added.

Also, Fastly reaffirmed its financial guidance issued on May 7, with respect to its Q2 and full year 2025 results.

Shares were down 1.2% in after-hours trading.
