09:19 AM EDT, 10/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Fate Therapeutics ( FATE ) said Tuesday it appointed Kamal Adawi as chief financial officer, effective Monday.

The company said Adawi was most recently CFO of Mindera Health.

Fate Therapeutics ( FATE ) said in November that J. Scott Wolchko was to retire from his roles as president, chief executive officer, and chief financial officer, effective at the end of the year. The company said Bahram Valamehr was to succeed Wolchko as president and CEO, effective Jan. 1.

Shares were up 1.4% in recent premarket activity.
