05:46 PM EDT, 09/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Fathom Holdings' ( FTHM ) Fathom Realty unit said Monday it settled claims asserted in Burnett v. The National Association of Realtors., et al. for nearly $3 million.

The company said it will pay $500,000 into a settlement fund within five days after the settlement is approved by the court, another $500,000 on or before Oct. 1, 2025, and $2 million on or before Oct. 1, 2026.

Additionally, Fathom Realty agreed to comply with rule changes put forward by National Association of Realtors.
