01:23 PM EDT, 09/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FB Financial ( FBK ) said Wednesday that current Chief Financial Officer Michael Mettee will also serve as chief operating officer.

Scott Tansil, currently chief operations officer, will be appointed as chief business and operations officer, the bank holding company said.

The appointments will take effect Oct. 1, the company said.
