FB Financial Q2 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls

04:32 PM EDT, 07/14/2025 (MT Newswires) -- FB Financial ( FBK ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Monday of $0.88 per diluted share, up from $0.84 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.88.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $76.9 million, down from $128.2 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $136.5 million.

Shares of the company fell 7.3% in recent after-hours activity.
